Done With The 200's!!!!

So apparently the scale at the gym that I've been consistently weighing myself on is broken and needs a tune up.  It has crept my weight up from 207 to 214 and I've been so frustrated and depressed but I do not weigh either one of those numbers.
My actual weight is 195!! I have no idea how long I've been that but who cares I am there now.

Day 8 of MRM:
Weighed Wed: 195

1 POUND OF FAT

1 POUND OF FAT
Starting on January 1st I took out all breads and sweets to eat just veggies and lean meats.  With it being the winter and since I don't like running in the winter, I replaced my exercise with swimming and yoga.  I began writing this blog to express my frustration with only loosing 1 lb over that month when I should of been loosing around 5 lbs a week.  The caption says clearly what I felt at the end of the month but having this visual really inspired me to congratulate myself on a job well done.  I am so hard on myself with my lofty goals that were easily attainable before having kiddos.  5 days ago I switched gears to a program that I did in 2005 called Metabolic Research.  This program uses normal foods to trick your metabolism to burn that stored fat.  I also learned from reading the material that water is a pertinent source for loosing weight.  Here's why: The kidneys can't function properly without sufficient water. When they're not working they dump some of their load into the liver. The liver's primary function is to metabolize stored fat and use as energy. But if the liver has to pick up the load of the kidneys it slows down metabolizing fat stored, so fat just stays put.
Water keeps your body hydrated in order for these functioning organs to do their job.

I am on day 5 of this program and my stomach is already flattening and I've definitely lost inches.  Last time  I did this, I lost 40 lbs in 2 months and kept it off until I started having babies.  I'd love to share this program because it normally costs around $300 per month plus start up costs and we were able to find the program online for free.  If you're interested in doing this, comment me your email and I will be more than happy to pass it along.
40 lbs to go!
